sale?
A. The best time to list is when you determine that you are ready to
sell, but try to give yourself plenty of time if you are relocating
for work or personal reasons.
Q. Should market conditions, price, and/or interest
rates determine if I list my property?
A. Although market conditions, price and interest rates will
influence potential buyers, you should list when you feel
comfortable. Plus there are always people who are ready to buy.
Q. How long does it take to sell a home?
A. The amount of time it takes to complete a sale depends on the
market, the number of interested buyers and offers. Each sale is
unique and the timing will always vary.
Q. How do I determine the listing asking price?
A. Consult with your Realtor® to determine market value. Your
Realtor will provide a comprehensive comparative analysis to
determine the most appropriate asking price.

Q. What is the MLS?
A. It is the Multiple Listing Service that contains all available
property for sale with all real estate companies. All Realtors
cooperate with each other through the MLS. Call your American Invsco

see advertised on any sign, advertisement, or For Sale by Owner?
Q. Should I do Open Houses?

Q. What is FSBO?
A. It is For Sale By Owner. An American Invsco Realtor can still help
you purchase any homes being sold by owner.
Q. What is exclusive right to sale?
A. Your Realtor® represents you throughout the entire process.
You have legal representation from your agent/broker.
Q. What are the mortgage programs available?
A. You should consult your financial institution. There are many
mortgage options available today including, adjustable rate loans,
80-10-10 mortgage, 15-20 and 30 year fixed loans, balloon loans.

Q. What documents do I have to provide to my
Realtor® if I am interested in buying a home?
A. We will request a copy of your pre-approval when you select
American Invsco Realty,Inc. to represent you. We also request a
buyer's checklist.
Q. What documents will I need if I choose to list my
home with American Invsco Realty Inc.?
A. Your title report, deed, tax records, and American Invsco Realty's
home checklist. and survey of property if necessary.
